S’MORES BROWNIES
Our S’mores Brownie takes America's favorite campfire dessert to a whole new level. Fresh and warm from the oven with vanilla ice cream on the top will have your kids screaming for more. You too for that matter.
While the recipe below doesn't include the ganache pictured here, send us an email and we will gladly share it with you so you can take your brownie over the top with the burnt marshmallow as well.
Yield: ½ sheet pan or 60 brownies
Chocolate ½ lb
Butter ½ lb
Eggs, Whole 8 ea
Sugar 1 lb, 14 ½ ozs
Brown Sugar 1 oz
Cocoa Powder 1 cup
Salt ¾ tsp
All Purpose Flour 2 cup
Mini Marshmallows 1 cup
Milk Chocolate Chips ½ cup (optional)
Method:
Melt the chocolate and butter together
In a mixing bowl fitted with a paddle combine the eggs and sugar and whip until fluffy
Add the melted chocolate and mix lightly
Sift all the dry ingredients together and add in.
Mix until well combined
Add the marshmallows and chocolate chips and mix until well incorporated.
Pour out on a the graham cracker crust and smooth until even, being careful not to disturb the crust.
Bake in a 350 degree oven until set up and a toothpick comes out clean
For The Crust:
Graham Crackers, finely ground 3 cup
White Sugar 2/3 cup
Butter, melted 12 Tbl
Method:
Mix al the ingredients together and mix well.
Spread out onto half sheet pan and smooth out evenly.
Place in refrigerator to cool and set up until ready.
