Perfect Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Who doesn't love pumpkin treats during the Holiday Season? These Pumpkin Chocolate Chip cookies have the perfect amount of pumpkin flavor with just the right amount of sweetness! PLUS they are just melt-in-your-mouth soft! We hosted a lovely Appreciation Event in our kitchen and these easy bite size cookies were a fan favorite. Unsalted Butter 8 oz

Sugar 1 cup

Eggs, Extra Large 1 ea

Vanilla Extract 1 tbl

Pumpkin Puree 8 oz

All Purpose Flour 2 cup

Baking Powder 1 tbl

Cinnamon 1 tsp

Allspice ¼ tsp

Nutmeg 1 tsp

Salt ½ tsp

Choc. Chips 4000 ct 1 cup

Method:

+ In a mixing bowl cream together the butter and sugar at high speed

+ Add the eggs, vanilla and pumpkin and mix well on medium speed

+ Sift the dry ingredients and add to mix and mix in on slow speed

+ Stir in the chocolate chips

+ Bake at 350 degrees for about 12-+15 minutes until light golden brown and set
